We provide free shipping worldwide on order over $100 USD, a $20 fee for orders below $100.

• In-Stock Orders: All in-stock orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Due to international shipping protocols, please allow up to 72 hours for dispatch.
• Pre-Orders & Custom Orders: Made-to-order items, including pre-orders and custom pieces, typically require 15-20 business days for production, depending on the item.

• Late delivery：In the event of a late delivery, we will do all it can to get your package delivered to you as quickly as possible. However, we cannot accept responsibility or offer refunds for delays in shipments that are the result of delays that are the fault of our couriers or a result of customs clearance delays.
International Duties and Taxes：
All duty fee and tax for international orders will be covered by us when the package is dispatched. Your package will not be stopped by custom office.
